A New Look for a New School Year

Education.com rebrands to reinforce its role as a champion of children’s education.

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Friday, August 24, 2018

Education.com, the leading online education destination for teachers, parents, and homeschoolers looking to help their children succeed in school, today announced exciting new company branding.

The new brand reflects Education.com’s evolution from a library of resources to an immersive learning experience that effectively unites teachers and parents in their shared goal of helping children become confident learners.

“Our mission is to be a champion for children's education,” says Co-CEO Todd Schwartz. “To better do that, we’ve built an all-encompassing learning platform that empowers parents and teachers with award-winning resources and puts the child at the forefront of everything. The same skills a child practices in the classroom are the same they’ll see on Education.com.”

Education.com is already used in millions of classrooms, and with this evolution of brand strategy, Education.com becomes better able to support its distinct groups of users—parents, teachers, and children—and their unique needs.

For children, the company offers a safe and fun space to practice new skills. Seventeen million parents and teachers turn to the product to find guidance, inspiration, and trustworthy resources.

Education.com’s collection of resources has always covered core curriculum across every subject—Math, Reading, Writing, ELA, Science—and in conjunction with the rebranding, users can now easily find materials based on state and international standards; new interactive worksheets; new games within lessons for 3rd - 5th graders; English Language Learner resources; and thousands of new hands-on activities, worksheets, lesson plans, and more.

The rebranding was carefully designed to be a natural evolution of the company’s popular service and to delight its hundreds of thousands highly engaged Premium subscribers. The new brand includes a thoughtful redesign of the company’s website, logo, graphics, communications, and correspondence.

“With the announcement of this new chapter, Education.com reinforces its value to millions of parents and teachers by creating learning experiences that inspire passion, curiosity, and optimism,” says Co-CEO Rich Yang. “We’re more focused than ever on transforming a child’s challenges into their greatest strengths.”
